Bike Rally for
Eye Donation Awareness
We organized and lead a spirited bike rally, spanning from Besant Nagar to Pondy & Thiruvanmiyur. This initiative was a powerful call to action for eye donation awareness. By directly engaging participants and community members, we shone a spotlight on this noble cause.
In Athipattu's urban slum areas, we took the lead in creating impactful wall paintings. These vibrant artworks convey crucial messages to the community while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings.

Residential Welfare Association Formation Training
In Rk Nagar, we empower community members by providing comprehensive training on forming residential welfare associations. This hands-on approach equips local communities with the knowledge and skills to manage their affairs effectively.
In Ezhil Nagar & Perumbakkam, we extend direct support to 100 small-scale entrepreneurs. Through tailored training, we enhance their business acumen, directly contributing to their economic independence.

Urban Slum Initiatives (Rk Nagar, Perumbakkam, Athipattu)
In urban slums, we extend our reach to children and families facing challenging living conditions. By offering training and support, these beneficiaries have the opportunity to break free from the cycle of poverty and limited opportunities.
Collaborating with the NAPDDR department, we are actively creating awareness about drug addiction. This critical partnership ensures that beneficiaries receive the necessary education and support to combat substance abuse, addressing a pressing issue affecting many young lives.

FRIENDS of 108 (‘Thozhamai 108’)
This is the first attempt, Adyar, Patrician College of Arts and Science, ‘Our Shoulders’ Foundation, in conjunction with the first phase 108 Ambulance emergency first aid to the awareness of college students in Chennai ‘Thozhamai 108’ has begun the group.
A Very first social recreational CSR initiative of Malladi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals in Anganwadi centre, Kuthambakkam Village, Tiruvallur District.
A vacant space in front of the Anganwadi centre in Kuthambakkam village, Tiruvallur district was transformed into a lively play area by Malladi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited and Our Shoulders Foundation. The initiative provided children with a safe and enjoyable environment for recreational activities, leading to increased admissions at the Anganwadi Centre. The play area has been well-received by villagers, particularly beneficial for the approximately 300 families, mostly comprising farmers and daily wage earners, as it serves as a valuable resource for children's recreation and development.
