In collaboration with the Department of Social Defense, our vocational training program addresses the critical issue of children in conflict with the law. These young individuals, often at high risk of reoffending, are given an opportunity to learn essential life skills.
Through intensive training in bakery and other life skills, we provide a path for these individuals to reintegrate into society as self-sustaining, productive citizens. A noteworthy achievement is the successful transition of 15 participants to lives filled with respect and self-sufficiency.

Basic Industrial Hospitality Training:
This program introduced children to the hospitality industry by providing training on customer service, food and beverage preparation, and hygiene standards. The initiative aimed to prepare children for potential careers in the sector and offered them a glimpse into promising vocational paths.

RO Water Installation Training:
As part of this comprehensive program, children are exposed to learning about RO water systems. This training involves understanding the installation processes, basic system maintenance, and the operational principles behind these water purification systems. By providing practical insights into water technology, the initiative empowers the children with valuable knowledge that can be relevant in various settings, enhancing their understanding of essential modern utilities.

Our Shoulders provides foundational training in electrical and plumbing skills to children at Observation Homes. The training emphasizes hands-on learning experiences and aims to prepare the children for technical fields or trades in the future. The initiative broadens their career prospects and provides a pathway for a more promising and self-reliant future.
